In order to allow remote access to your PC securely, you need to install Team Viewer:
Click on the following link to download:
Click on Download Teamviewer, and follow the on screen instructions.
Once download and installation is complete, there will be a Team Viewer Icon on your desktop - Double click this to start Team Viewer.
Once started it will display the following: When asked please provide your ID and password to the technician. Only do this if you trust and know the person requesting it.
